I have adjusted the sec policy to prevent the screen cutting out on a credential prompt so now I can see the prompt but cant interact with it. Merryworks is an IT service provider. I have the same problem with skype for business. I ended up using another screen sharing program. You can also use remote desktop for screen sharing using the right switches from command line. I think there is a how to somewhere on this site.

Any program that starts up in the user context will have this issue. And it should - the program was not run as an admin, so it should not allow admin access.
